According to I-Kiribati mythology, the giant spider Nareau was the creator, followed by spirits ( anti ), half spirits, half humans, and finally humans. The anti were the most important figures in I-Kiribati worship before Christian missionaries arrived, and they remain respected in everyday life.

In Kiribati’s origin story Nareau, the Creator, was a spider, and I-Kiribati have been spinning webs ever since.

I don't believe that they didn't know what they're doing. Whatever Russian goverment says about "saving Ukrainians from nazis" isn't true. If anything, they "free" Ukrainians from their lifes and homes.

bought a pulse oximeter and measured my saturation. It's perfect 99%. Why the hell do I feel like it's harder to breathe then yesterday then.

i've been catching myself running out of air because sometimes I just stop breathing for some reason, like every 30min or so.
It's not even that it's hard to breath I guess? I just stop breathing and have to remind myself to do so.
I try to overcompensate it by hyperventilating and I become dizzy as I should, but I still feel like I'm out of air. which makes 0 sense, because when you become dizzy while hyperventilating it means that your blood oxygen is too high. So how the hell do I still fill out of air while literally intoxicating myself with oxygen?
Extra co2 should be gone too. I'm a bit confused
